KA International was founded in 1984 when it opened its first shop in Madrid. Since this date, its growth has been exceptional. Due to its enormous success, the development of KA has not stopped since, creating a truly global business by the end of the 90s and into the new millenium. KA SHOP

• Our products, displayed by colours and ambiences are merchandised in a user-friendly way to guarantee quick choices, which are easy to visualise in home settings.
• Our shops offer a complete home decoration package with services like measuring, making- up, fitting and interior design proposals.
• The minimum surface requirement: 80 m2.
• Minimum investment for this format is 35.000 € (local work excluded)
• Entry Fee: From 18.000 € (depending on location)
• Royalty: none
• Length of the contract: 5 years.

The opening of a KA shop entails:

• Acquisition of an initial stock.
• Acquisition of shop fittings to display products.
• Adaptation of premises to the corporate visual guidelines.
• Investment in advertising of the equivalent of 5% of your total purchases.
• Bank guarantee of 25.000 € periodicaly revised.

CORNER KA

Is a shop concept designed to share retail space with other complementary businesses in order to capitalise the surface with a minimum investment and guarantee of enhanced footfall within a congruent and organised setting.

• Minimum surface requirements 40 m2.
• Minimum investment 15.000 €
• Entry Fee: 9.000 € variable depending on location.
• Royalty: none.
• Length of the contract: 3 years.

• Acquisition of furniture range and shop fittings to display products
• Acquisition of fabric flags.
• Adaptation of premises to the corporate visual guidelines.
• Investment in advertising of the equivalent of 5% of your total purchases.
• Bank guarantee of 12.000 € periodicaly revised.
