Robert Jordan FRICS is a Chartered Surveyor and President of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has practiced in the North West of England for 30 years and has held a number of senior positions with major companies before creating Jordan's.

Martin Dearden, is a banker by profession and brings to the property rental sector a wealth of experience, not only in property but property financing and accounting and taxation experience as well. Martin was Managing Director of a large group of estate agents before joining Jordan's.

William Jordan ARLA(Ind) and Rupert Dearden ARLA(Ind) are increasingly involved in the day to day activities of the firm, with jointly over 10 years experience in the Private Rented Sector
