Also, if we are required to restore our database from a backup there may be a loss of data that was created/changed between the time of the backup and the restoration.

Please respect the advertisers on the site. Some of them pay us "per lead", so only request information from them if you're really interested. Conditions of advertising on the site, for advertisers

Payments: It is your responsibility to make prompt payments of all amounts due to us. In the event that you fail to make payments we reserve the right to remove you from the site or alter any terms of your current promotion on the site and maintain those alterations until such time that you bring your account up to date. Credit and debit card payments are processed using a third party service provider and you implicitly accept this if you choose to pay by card.

Promotions: We reserve the right to alter our layouts and algorithms used to determine which companies and opportunities appear where on any given page or promotional position, and will email all current advertisers in the event of any such change.

Fraud: We will do what we can reasonably be expected to do to identify and reduce fraud on the site, especially the artificial inflation of 'clicks' or 'leads'. If we belive your campaign has been subject to fraud we will let you know. If you think there has been fraudulent activity that we haven't noticed, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
